We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our Family Entertainment Center (FEC) team as Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. High-performing team members may be considered for Shift Lead responsibilities based on experience, availability, and performance.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Team members will support daily operations, assist guests, and help ensure a safe, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities (Tiered)
Customer Service Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assist guests with games, attractions, and events
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of guest areas
Shift Lead Opportunities (for qualified candidates):
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist with supervising staff during assigned shifts
• Handle escalated guest concerns
• Complete basic shift reports and cash reconciliation
